Refund and Returns Policy

At Aurum Flora, every arrangement is crafted with care. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers, we maintain the following policy:

  1. Returns
    • We do not accept returns once flowers have been delivered.
    • For non-perishable products (e.g., vases, gift cards), returns may be accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in original condition.
  2. Refunds
    • Refunds are only applicable if:
      • The wrong item was delivered.
      • The flowers arrived in poor condition (must provide photos within 24 hours of delivery).
    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  3. Order Cancellations
    • Orders canceled 24 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are non-refundable as flowers may have already been prepared.
