Delivery Coverage
- We currently deliver within Kuala Lumpur and selected surrounding areas.
- Delivery outside our coverage area may be arranged upon request (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Time
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
- Standard deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and will be displayed at checkout.
- Free delivery may apply for orders above a minimum spend (if promoted).
Care During Delivery
- All flowers are carefully packaged to ensure freshness and quality.
- If the recipient is not available, our delivery team may leave the flowers with a receptionist, security guard, or neighbor (with prior approval).
